I contracted Covid in December 2020 when littel was known about the disease. After testing - I contacted the State agency (DHEC) and Dr. Schubert.

Dr. Schubert is approachable and will see you personally no matter what the ailment. He says “the oath” is the responsibility to keep it “family” and not a production facility. His cell phone is on day or night. He brings the value to the concierge cost.

I’ve had a health issue that came upon me suddenly. Dr. Schubert has been proactive with my care, suggesting testing, following through every step of the process. Last Memorial Day weekend Dr Schubert met me in his office on Saturday and again on Monday. This took from his family time over the holiday weekend. He was actually the one suggesting he meet me at his office both times for a minor procedure since I was going out of town on Tuesday. Definitely above and Beyond Customer/Patient Care.
We were in need of a new doctor after moving to Bluffton, Sc from Pennsylvania. After a face to face with Dr Schubert, I knew that he was the doctor for me. I have lots of medical issues. Dr. Schubert went over each and everyone. I'm glad I found such thorough, kind doctor.
Dr Schubert treats his patients holistically. He listens patiently to lifelong stories 😊 and goes above and beyond to provide support. His staff is also amazing and they go out of their way to nurture the patients on every level. I am so appreciative to this fine group of people.
