As a primary care physician I strive to empower my patients to improve their health. Hippocrates is credited with first urging people "to let your food be your medicine and your medicine be your food." I practice evidence based, and most importantly, personalized medicine and believe lifestyle and nutrition are key building blocks to optimum health. I wish to partner with my patients to allow them to feel their best and better prevent disease. I offer ample appointment time to allow for unhurried discussions and offer my patients’ state of the art, custom nutrition and education resources. Similar to concierge medicine practices, I also offer conveniences like same- or next-day appointments that start on time. 

I am a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s degree in human nutrition as nutrition is my first professional passion. I realized my lifelong dream of becoming a physician and returned to medical school after welcoming three children to our family. 

As a female Internal Medicine physician, I have a special interest in diabetes, hypertension (high blood pressure), high cholesterol and obesity. As a member of the Christ Hospital Heath Network, I enjoy being the personal physician for patients in the Greater Cincinnati and Tri State Area. My office is located in the Hyde Park/Rookwood area.
