Dear Dr. Lukowsky,
Our thanks to you and your wonderful staff for taking such good care of us again this year. It is so reassuring to us to know that we can reach you anytime and that you are always there for us. We feel as if John really got his life back when you diagnosed his fibromyalgia and got him on the road to recovery, and I so appreciate your patience with my concerns about my heart - thank you so much for always reassuring me!
