Dr. Jacobs deserves the highest praise as a medical doctor. He has been my physician for many years, and he is absolutely the best diagnostician ever! His knowledge, patience, and caring exemplify his outstanding personal characteristics. It is obvious that he spends much personal time in study and research, which is certainly to his patients advantage!
