Taking time to fully explain concerns

Dr. Diane Thomas has been incredible when my husband or I have any issues, explaining conditions and possible treatments in great depth, and sending us on to specialists when appropriate. This wouldn't be possible without a concierge-type practice, but Dr. Thomas goes well above and beyond what is required. That is very important for seniors as we get older, and want to be able to continue to live our lives as fully as we can. We very much appreciate how Dr. Thomas supports us on this journey!
