When I first came to Dr. Brechner I was a mess! I was severely depressed and full of anxiety because I had been dismissed by SO MANY doctors. I felt no one cared to get to the root of the problem or even admit there was one. He actually listened (without rolling the eyes) and I felt somehow he understood this 'chronic invisible illness' I had. He cared. He ordered more testing, specialists visits, and more affective medication regimens; and I actually got better. I got actual diagnoses. I've become confident in my health care and myself! I really feel if I didn't have Dr. Brechner in my life- I wouldn't have made all the progress I have made over the last 10 years of being his patient. Dr. Brechner and ALL his staff contnue to be a positive influence in my life. A safe place for me.
