My Doctor, William S. French, passed, which was unexpected. He survived 4 months after his diagnosis. I had been going to him for almost 20 or so years. Her gave you his undivided attention and all the time you needed. I thought he was great. I met my new Doctor, Richard "Dylan" Murphy, January 11, 2024. He was from Pikeville, KY but was practicing in Florida. He lost his home in the hurricane. He and his family returned to Kentucky to become the doctor to replace Dr. French. He has already won the staff over. They are very happy he is here. On my first meeting with him, he knew my history from the files, gave me all the time I needed and said he would put me on a better path for my diabetes. I thought he was more aggressive in his explanations, than Dr. French. I do not think that is a problem. I think he is open to any need you have and will see you as needed. I think that is his style to let you know he will get you in your best physical, mental and medical condition. I think he will be a great doctor to me and all his patients.
