Not Rushed

When I called Dr Nelson on a Sunday, I felt embarrassed to disturb him on a weekend day off. Immediately, he put me at ease and was not rushed to hear my ‘complaint’. He answered my questions and put me on the right track and told me not to worry. When I hung up, I felt a great sense of relief!
