Prior to Dr. Bienenfeld my general practitioner was part of a medical group. All the doctors and associated medical staff who were part of this medical group were very competent. Unfortunately, my experience in receiving medical care was frustrating and often exhausting, not a good recipe for one's wellness. Periodic office visits often meant meeting a new/another doctor who would need to be brought up to speed about my medical history and how it related to my current situation. I often had the feeling that they really didn't know me which added to the anxiety associated with not feeling well. Contrast this past experience with my current medical relationship with Dr. Bienenfeld. His knowledge of my medical history and his availability to respond and provide support whenever needed have contributed to a continuity of care that has dramatically improved the quality of the medical care that I receive. For me, this assurance that the doctor who treats me knows me is a wonderful and reassuring feeling. As we age, we know that health issues are going to provide more challenges for daily living. Knowing that Dr. Bienenfeld is there to help makes facing these challenges less threatening.
