I have been Dr. Phillips patient for about 20 years. She has always been there for me and my family. We have laughed together and cried together. Whenever a resident would trail with Dr. Phillips and I would be coming in for one reason or another, she would say, Wait until you meet this patient! Never knew if that were a compliment or not. Thank G-d for Dr. Phillips. She is one-of-a-kind.
