Hello Doc,
Don't know where I would be today without you. Simply stated, you are the best! You are/have always been there when I needed you. One may say that is what a doctor is supposed to do -- be there and care -- but in this day and age it is often difficult to find someone who goes the distance and puts forth the extra time, effort, and interest that you have routinely provide.
