To schedule an appointment, a call, or message is managed in a timely manner. Non emergency appointments are scheduled within 24 hours. The staff members are professional and responsive as well as knowledgeable and friendly.
Once in the appointment room, the wait time to be seen is minimal.
Dr. Johsens encourages discussions regarding one or more concerns that the patient mentions. He is focused on the patient, during the visit, never seems rushed and shares suggestions for possible treatment, ongoing appts,,and referrals.
He is focused, concerned and very personable. A kind man, empathetic and an outstanding person and physician.
