First of all, I am thankful to be healthy so I don't see Dr. Mills very often. The big deal is that he and his staff know me. Yes, they know my name, which is becoming a big deal, but they know ME. They know my meds, they know my history, they know my cardiologist, they know my GI doctor. When I have my annual physical and Dr. Mills listens to his stethoscope, I always ask him what he hears. So far he always says Everything is normal... for you. He knows my cardiac history without consulting my chart. He knows ME. I just pray to keep getting the same answer from him for many years.
