My husband and I think that MDVIP with Dr. Rex is a wonderful concept for providing outstanding personalized healthcare. We are in our mid-eighties and still in excellent health. The results of our annual Wellness Exams are always very informative and gratifying.
Dr. Rex has been my family doctor for many years. I had always been very pleased with the fine service and preventive care that he provided me during those years and I was very happy to make the transition to MDVIP with him. Observing the wonderful patient-centered care that I was receiving, my husband also joined MDVIP a few years later.
Access to his care has been excellent. He is available 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week by cell phone and text messaging. During periods of illness, he has called during the evening and on weekends to see how we were doing. Dr. Rex always takes the time to listen, discusses alternatives and then prescribes the best course of treatment.
When we call his office with a health concern, the staff gives us an appointment to see the Doctor almost immediately and then we are seen shortly after arriving at the Doctors office. His staff is always professional and courteous. They greet us by our name and with a smile.
We are very pleased and feel fortunate to be a part of Dr. Rexs MDVIP program. At our age and with no family members in the vicinity, it is comforting to know that he cares about our well beingthe way we grew up with our family doctors.
