The word climate has so many connotations in present day. In grad school climate meant the atmosphere of any establishment. As I have grown older climate has come to mean a great deal to me. It starts from the top of the organization; whoever is at the top sets the climate as threatening, welcoming, unfriendly, or gracious.
Dr. Remirez has set an open, pleasant climate and his staff reflects his attitude. They all are gracious and make one feel welcome and cared for. He sees patients on appointment time (unheard of In any other physicians office) and most importantly takes his time with each one.
