Dr. Monaco has been very responsive to my needs thus far though I try to stay healthy with my lifestyle and have been a patient for less than a year. His staff and office admin is prompt with calls and appointments. Dr. Monaco answers e-mails quickly but I would try to reserve those for more serious issues. Very happy so far with the MDVIP arrangement. It is refreshing to spend sufficient time during check ups to discuss overall health style, physical and lab results.
