Dr Jacobs has taken incredible care of me for 15 years. I had to see him monthly for about 10 years and with each and every visit he took whatever amount of time was needed always showing compassion for me . He has helped me face countless obstacles with my health and gave me hope when I was short on it . Im forever grateful to have a Dr that I know always has my best interests at heart. I am very aware of how blessed I am to have him on my team Love and thanks !
