Dr. Iacobucci is the BEST!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Jim Iacobucci for (it must be) over 20 years. I am convinced he is "the best".

He is patient, thorough, kind, understanding and sooo much more. When I have a consultation, he always gets a good understanding of the problem and addresses it with information, a solution, a referral for testing, or to a specialist as needed. If I call his office with a concern or question someone ALWAYS gets back to me in a timely manner. Whether I speak to Dr. Jim directly or his PA Roseanne their guidance is ALWAYS clear and on target. I never have to wait days on end for an answer or an appointment. His secretary Cass is relatively new but is following in their footsteps with excellent service.

My yearly physical is always thorough. Dr Jim keeps good track of immunizations needed as well as when the next should be scheduled. If I need a prescription filled, it is done within hours ... ALWAYS!!

Beyond his skill and knowledge as a physician, he is a very kind, concerned and "other centered" man. I cannot think of one single negative thing to report about him. As I said, in my opinion, he is "the best!"
