Doctor Counselor Trusted Friend

It’s so much of who he is more than what he does. Dr Philip Morrissette offers great medical care to both my husband and me. I was the first to sign on with him. A few years later my husband did as well. When first moving to Richmond VA, we took up the task of seeking a physician. We were in our early 70’s at that time, but knew then we wanted someone who would see us into later more needful years. Now into our 80’s we can’t imagine a doctor more integrated into our lives and health than Dr. Morrissette. Every appointment is standout. He listens. Talks us through understanding symptoms. Is never hasty or hurried. Educates each of us as to normal/or abnormal body responses. This is empowering. He is always available to talk when we have serious concern…even at 4.00 in the morning when I was in AFib at a local hospital ER. I wanted to ask him about a procedure the hospital wanted to do. He talked me through my worry and right away calmed my fears. At 80+ years I’ve seen my fair share of physicians. From delivering my babies to surgeries to sound advice about aging, I have not had a physician whom I could call. Doctor, Counselor, Trusted Friend except Dr. Philip Morrissette.
