Dearest Steve, You have been my doc for 25 years or more. I know that I am still able to work, traveling hither and yon, and play, skiing and swimming, at 70 years old because you have taken such great care of me with my heart troubles and diabetes.
Thank you for all your care, please stay with me in this crazy life and do not retire. I cannot think of a good life quality without you and your fantastic intuitive diagnostic skills.
