Consistent Care

There is no one instance but many. Dr. Colton is always available, if he is out of town the Dr. that covers for him is quick to respond. They are a great team in that way. As my husband and I have aged more of those phone calls seem to take place. A year and a half ago my husband fell (we were at a gas station over a half hour away). It was apparent my husband broke his hip. With help, we were able to put my husband in the car. I called Dr. Colton, it was a Sunday, he immediately answered and I told him what happened and that I was heading back to the hospital that is very close to our house. He made all the arrangements for my husband to be met as I pulled up to the ER door. They had a gurney ready to put him on, a room, technicians ordered to xray, etc. He followed through with all hospital care and had arranged for home health care for my husband after he was discharged. This is just one example of his response to a phone call even during off hours.
