Best Doctor Ever

Dr Robert Zaino is the most experienced caring physician I have ever been to in my 76 years. He has been my primary care physician for over twenty years. He is knowledgeable and caring. Being an MDVIP physician gives him the availability to quickly respond to my calls and texts. Sometimes immediately, sometimes within an hour but always the same day. Dr Zaino refers me to the very best specialists when I require medical treatment out of his expertise. Such as my orthopedic, ear nose throat, urologist, etc. He is very active in the medical community and stay informed on the latest and best treatments for all my medical needs. When my husband and I both had Covid he called us at least twice a day to check.on us. He didn't just talk and look at us. He also had us take our temputure and blood pressure while he could see the results. If I need a prescription refill all I need to do I'd text my request to his office and he quickly has it ordered. If he has a question about anything I am requesting he calls and talks to me about any concern he has pertaining to my request. I am so relieved to know when a problem arises he is always available to handle it. I hope Dr Zaino will be able to be my primary care physician for many more years. However, I am confident that if the time comes that Dr Zaino will refer me to another MDVIP physician who will be able to devote as much time to my care as he does.
