I am a big proponent of healthy eating in the form of a whole-foods diet, along with a regular exercise routine to keep your body strong and to help you stay focused in life.

I see patients of all ages and multiple generations of the same family. It gives me more insight into who you are and allows me to help give you more personalized care. My MDVIP-affiliated practice specializes in women’s health, chronic disease management, osteopathic manipulation, pediatrics and immunizations. Similar to concierge medicine practices, I also offer conveniences like same- or next-day appointments.
