I am honored to have the continued opportunity to focus my medical practice on the individual needs of my patients. I have over 40 years of practice experience understanding the customized patient-centered practice model. Helping patients to navigate the complexities of the healthcare system and understand the constant change and fluidity of care is a priority for me. Working in a partnership with patients to provide more personalized and meaningful care can yield relevance and value to my patients – and to me. I aim to incorporate medical science, individual patient needs and personal circumstances in identifying the medical care that can help address patients’ needs and desires. Determining what is in the patient's best interest guides me as a physician. My practice style can best be described as providing an open channel of communication; a friendly, individualized, and nonjudgmental office environment, and seeking a common goal in delivering more individualized care. A commitment to more efficient and timely care can provide patients with an added connection to my practice. Translating medical knowledge with clarity during patient communication is of utmost importance to me.

I am open to serving the broad needs of my patients as a primary care physician with the additional training as an internal medicine doctor, dealing with more complex primary care issues. The MDVIP model helps me to serve as one's personal physician. I have additional interests in cardiovascular disease, cholesterol and metabolic disorders, including diabetes and thyroid disease, and helping to maintain musculoskeletal health, aging-related issues, nutrition and a holistic approach to wellness.
