Dr. Gassner is the only Dr. I have ever had that is more interested in preventing illness as well as getting to know me as a person and not a patient. He encourages dialogue between us on a wide range of topics, and in this way he gets to know what makes me ME and therefore can determine what steps I need to take to live healthier beyond what just the test results might indicate.
For 18 years Dr. Gassner has helped me take care of allergies, high cholesterol, illnesses that occurr while working out of state and surgeries. For each issue he is diligent to ensure that I understood what is occurring and what is needed to resolve the issue.

I never feel rushed during an office visit, and I always feel welcome to call him with a problem (or imagined problem)--even though that seems often to be during a holiday or weekend. Dr. Gassner and his staff have always been there for me. When he is out of state or it’s the weekend, I receive the same great service as I do during regular hours. Service is excellent. My health is their concern.
