My passion as a primary care physician is to partner with patients to teach, coach and treat them to help create a more optimal health status. I believe better health is not just the absence of disease and symptoms, but also thriving in a more optimal state of well-being. I feel that the ability to combine integrative and conventional medicine approaches can lead to a more thorough overall medical approach. I enjoy working with patients and helping to provide the more personalized care they deserve. I embrace lifestyle medicine and am a board-certified family medicine physician, as well board certified in integrative and holistic medicine. I have a Fellowship in metabolic medicine and regenerative medicine, and I hold a Master of Science in exercise science and cardiac rehabilitation. My training and experience helps me deliver a more well-rounded healthcare experience.

My post-graduate training in functional medicine allows me to think outside the box around lifestyle medicine, especially as it might pertain to longevity  and the improvement of disease states. I believe these factors include nutrition, fitness, hormone wellness, improved cognitive function, gut health and better cardiometabolic function. My MDVIP-affiliated practice offers services, including comprehensive, advanced health screenings and diagnostic testing, that go far beyond those found in concierge medical practices.
