I have been a patient of Dr. Esslinger since I first moved to Cartersville in 2003. I had just lost my husband to cancer and thought I was losing my mind. He connected me to the right people to help me through this crisis. He has always been a kind, understanding doctor. He is very thorough in his practice and I love his staff, too.

My Philosophy and Approach to Wellness...
In my MDVIP-affiliated practice, I am able to see patients for same-day or next-day appointments, which can minimize trips to urgent care and emergency rooms, thereby saving time and money. In addition, there is very little waiting in my office, which gets you back to your life as quickly as possible.
It’s important to me that my patients feel “connected” to their doctor, and I’m reachable through email, phone and texting (when appropriate) after hours and on weekends for their urgent health issues. A significant portion of my time with patients is dedicated to helping them improve their health through lifestyle changes, with the goal of minimizing medications, unnecessary testing and hospitalizations. I utilize the newest concepts in medicine to enhance the care I provide, including advanced preventive testing as well as seminars and classes to educate patients about their health.
My internal medicine practice is located in Cartersville, Georgia, and currently serves Bartow, Cherokee, Cobb, Gordon and Polk counties, including the towns of Cartersville, Acworth, Kennesaw, Rome, Dallas, Canton and Woodstock. We focus on wellness and preventive care in addition to all aspects of primary care. I am affiliated with Cartersville Medical Center.

Dr. Esslinger,

While it has been my misfortune to have had an unusually large number of illnesses (for me) over the past few years, it is most fortunate that I have been under your care during this time. I really appreciate you for inviting me to continue as one of your MDVIP patients. I know you re-established your practice in order to have fewer… See more

Jeff has gone the extra mile to help my daughter. She has been her advocate with other doctors and with her insurer. He is personally and visibly committed to her health during a very difficult time.
I have always been pretty healthy, but I've had some issues this year--bronchitis, flu, sprained ribs from coughing, and bladder problems. Now, thanks to Dr. Esslinger, I am pretty much back to normal. It is a great comfort to know that he has my health records and keeps me up-to-date on things I need to know to stay healthy and knows what to do when something goes wrong. Thank you, Dr… See more
I cannot say enough about how I was positively enlightened by Dr. Jeff Esslinger on my most recent visit February 26. I had used a concierge doctor before but nothing like this. After having all my blood work done on my first visit, I went back for the results. What an I opening experience where I learned more about myself and my current health and future risks. I was so motivated after… See more
