My Philosophy and Approach to Wellness...
Affiliating with MDVIP has allowed me to provide enhanced, personalized care to my patients in a way that couldn't be done. Working together, we can identify the most concerning threats to your health and plan a strategy to address those issues. Preventive care is a main focus of my practice, but I routinely treat a wide variety of chronic conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, COPD and digestive disease as well. Similar to conveniences often associated with concierge medicine practices, I also offer same- or next-day appointments that start on time. As a physician on staff at Penn Medicine Princeton Medical Center and a volunteer Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, I work hand-in-hand with many of the specialists located around the Princeton, East Windsor, West Windsor, Plainsboro, Monroe and Cranbury areas. Serving in a teaching role helps me to keep up on the latest trends and guidelines in medicine so that I can provide better care to my patients.

Brian has been my doctor for over 15-years. Since joining MDVIP in 2019 I’ve unfortunately had 2-events that landed me in hospital. On both occasions Brian made personal visits to the hospital to see me-a rare and lovely gesture these days-that gave me a big lift on my way to getting well.
I can also report Brian takes superb photographs of exotic locations that decorate the practice… See more
Last June (2019) I spoke to a friend of mine who told me about the MDVIP program, and in particular, Dr. Brian Thomas. I was accepted as a new patient and quickly saw him. During my new-patient intake, I told him about my dangerously high blood pressure problem that has haunted me for about forty years. He listened to my situation and, ON THE VERY NEXT DAY, I was seen by a highly-lauded… See more
