My Philosophy and Approach to Wellness...
With my training and experience, I am able to better care for patients with diverse conditions. I believe in a preventive approach to cardiovascular disease, diabetes and cancer. My MDVIP-affiliated practice offers services, including comprehensive, advanced health screenings and diagnostic tests, that go far beyond those found in concierge medicine practices. In addition, I have a strong interest in dermatology and orthopedics. I am also able to perform procedures in the office such as joint injections, skin biopsies, cryosurgery and excisions.
I try to lead by example. I am an avid bicyclist, skier, golfer, as well as being active in the community; however I must admit, my weakness is dark chocolate.

Testimonials from patients of Dr. Weisbrot
Albert and I go waaaaay back, about 45 years now, I believe. He’s what we call a “mensch,” a real person, a very good person, and a genuine caregiver who cares about his patients. His office staff is also second to none. His R.N., Susan and I, frequently banter and kid around. The fact that she laughs at my lame jokes and puts us w me is a testament to her patience and good sense of humor… See more
I enrolled in the MDVIP program with Dr. Albert Weisbrot in February 2019. In April 2019, I suffered a stroke. After my office exam, Dr. Weisbrot greenlighted immediate and comprehensive testing. He called every day and gave me his cell phone number for when I had questions. Dr. Weisbrot interviewed my specialists and provided options in my care. He was my advocate.

Dr. Weisbrot really listens to my concerns and acts accordingly. I feel heard and taken care of!
Amazing how after having 2 years around cardio doctors and help staff the amount of people who are so unbelievably out of shape and unhealthy. Hard to imagine taking advice from someone like that. I use a doctor, listen, challenge and collaborate...there is NEVER a time where this is not respected, welcomed and

Dr. weisbrot had been on my case for some time about making some changes to my lifestyle, particularly my weight. I have two bad knees that keep getting worst. I finally decided to take Dr. Weisbrot up on his suggestion of weight loss. He assisted me and has been with me every step of the way. I have slowly made lifestyle changes to my eating habits and still have to change others, but as… See more

Over a 4 year period Suffered with a mystery illness I visited trip Mayo and had numerous visits to Al EKG and numerous other test nothing should op. The period would come and go not until a period of extreme exhaustion and a ekg did identify the issue and the fix changed my life. Dr. Weisbrot willness to stick with mewhen other would’ve speaks volumes.
I have been with my doctor since 1976, about the same time he started his practice. His conservative approach to health care has kept me healthy throughout this time. I trust him implicitly as he leads me through the senior years of my life.
I panic at the thought that the man who has been my doctor for over 40 years, Albert Weisbrot MD, may be thinking of retiring in the coming years. I have had full confidence in his knowledge and have never doubted his diagnosis. He listens and cares. His staff, Susan and Shawna, are caring and kind. I'm a very healthy person but when I need to visit I know they are concerned and I will be… See more
