I feel that Dr. Jeffery Freidman saved my life - twice. My story is a small miracle. At age 62, a tiny skin mole biopsied as Stage 2 melanoma; a year earlier, my wife’s mole biopsied the same. Dr. Freidman insisted and facilitated going to Memorial Sloan Kettering for treatment- not the nearest center for us, but the ‘best’. For me, this was life saving, as my local dermatologist miss-staged… See more

My Philosophy and Approach to Wellness...
Waiting and feeling rushed are two things that I believe should not happen in a medical office. Because my practice is smaller in size, it allows for same- or next-day appointments, phone calls that are answered by a person and, most importantly, visits that are relaxed and not rushed whenever you are sick or just concerned. My patients can come in for an appointment or they can call me (even when traveling). We want to take care of you.
My MDVIP-affiliated practice offers services, including comprehensive, advanced health screenings and diagnostic tests, that go far beyond those found in traditional medicine practices. Those services are included in the annual MDVIP Wellness Program. The lab findings and test results can help provide a clearer picture of your health, and with this information, we can work together to customize a care plan just for you. I have seen many patients become more engaged, and as a result, they have the ability to work toward being healthier. In many cases, we can even measure the improvements.
Other benefits include the opportunity to reach me, your personal physician, after hours along with care for members’ dependents (ages 18-26). We also offer 30-minute routine or sick visits.
I am excited to have more time and focused energy aimed at helping you improve your health and your life.

Doctor Friedman is instantly accessible to me whatever / whenever the need.
At office visits he is caring and friendly,
never condescending.
I am always pleased with the level of attention and care I receive.
I have been with Dr Friedman for many years now and happy to report that my health is great. I attribute much of this to Dr Friedman. He very much takes time to research issues and always comes up with helpful solutions. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a talented physician.
From the moment I met Dr. Friedman I knew I was in good hands. After a good physical, never had one so complete, confirming my COPD, but also asthma, finding high blood pressure, and thyroid goiter. Confirmed my heart murmur . From that visit forward he has taken the time to listen and act on problems that have risen since my first visit. The most memorable and recent problem he found, anemia… See more
2 Months ago, I called Dr. Friedman's office about symptoms which I thought were due too the flu.
Pleasantly surprised that the doctor would see me that day.
When I arrived, Dr. Friedman greeted me wearing a gown, gloves and mask, as he anticipated I had the flu.
It was good to know my doctor took precautionary measures to protect himself and others. As it turns out I… See more
Prior to joining MDVIP Dr.. Friedman was my PCP for over 25 years. He is a throwback to the days when doctors would make house calls. In fact he has done that numerous times for my mother before she was admitted to a long term care nursing facility. For me Dr. Friedman is always available day or night, during the week, on weekends, and even while on his own vacation ! His experience lends… See more
I have many chronic problems and generally have needed expert care my entire life. Dr. Friedman has been my physician for 16years and during that time I have always felt I got the best of care from a man who listens, thinks, tests, thinks again and then provides an expert diagnosis and either begins treatment immediately or gets me to an expert who does. I have every confidence in him and feel… See more
